Motivation By Personal Development

Modern organizations are moving towards more organic dynamism in organizations where activities like mergers, acquisitions, demergers, buyouts takeovers and other corporate rearrangements, which tend to reorganize both managerial and non-managerial structures, are commonplace. Jobs are less permanent than they were 15 years ago and the promises of job security do not hold given that the organizations themselves are not as secure as they would want. Hence job security is on the condition that the company itself remains highly rigid amidst all the change. Given this backlight, motivation by job security promises is becoming more and more insincere and it rests on management to improvise motivational tools to tackle this challenge.
